THE PROJECT IS EXECUTED UNDER OP “ COMPETITIVENESS AND INNOVATION” 2014-2020  PROCEDURE BG16RFOP002-2.001 IMPROVING THE PRODUCTION CAPACITY FOR SMES BY BUSINESS BENEFICIARIES “KASKADA” LTD

On 02.09.2016 “Kaskada” ltd started the project “TECHNO PLAST PROGRESS” Contract Grant № BG16RFOP002-2.001-0886-С01” in procedure “Improving production capacity in SMES“ Priority 2: Entrepreneurship and capacity growth of SMES, Investment Priority 2.2: Capacity growth of SMEs. The project will be implemented in Tsaratsovo ,  Plovdiv Municipality with the financial support of Operational Programme ”Innovation and Competitiveness”   2014-2020, financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. The planned duration is 12 months and the value of the entire project is 1.666.500,00 levs as grant amount of 999.900,00 levs is 60% of the eligible cost on the project.
The overall objective of the project “TECHNO PLAST PROGRESS” is to increase the production capacity of polymers and enhance the export potential of enterprise Kaskada Ltd by investing in new production equipment. The specific objectives of the project are related to the deployment of advanced technologies so as to increase automation, improve resource efficiency and efficacy by optimization of resources used in the production- polymeric raw materials, electric power and production time.
The project will be implemented through the purchase and introduction of screw extruder for increased degassing, continuous filter and granulation of hot material which implement the latest development in technologies and have the relevant technologies to achieve a modern, competitive ecologically concerned production.
The project will directly contribute to the increase of capacity for production of polymers which currently generates delay of orders due to low technological capacity and lack of production capacity for certain operations.
